Yes! We welcome caterers, product packers and spice makers to join the commissary. However, cooking is not possible inside the Chefs Commissary Belmont at this time. If the product or service you offer DOES NOT require cooking equipment inside the commissary, you may use this facility.
We have a number of members who own and/or operate a successful food truck business. While cooking is NOT possible in the facility, there a number of ways in which cooking can be a part of your prep process by utilizing your food truck. Contact us to discuss some cost effective ways to accomplish this.
Yes! Parking is available. However, space for parking is limited at this time. Please contact us for additional information regarding parking availability.
In accord with the North Carolina Health Department regulations. We offer: Dry Storage, refrigeration, food prep sink, 3 compartment sink, hand sink, mop sink, fresh water refill, grey water disposal, cooking oil disposal, trash disposal, 24/7 access, and more.
